2 Library users have to put their signature in the library Attendance register at the time of entering and exit from the library.
3. Students of both HS and Degree classes can borrow 2 books at a time for a period of 15 days.
4. Reference books and Periodicals will not be issued.
5. Borrowers must satisfy themselves about the physical condition of the book before borrowing, otherwise they will be held responsible for any damage or mutilation noticed at the time of returning.
6. A sum of Rs. 1/- per day shall be charged from the borrower if a book is kept beyond the period of loan.
7. Books lost defected or injured in any way shall have to be replaced or pay for it by the borrower.
8. While borrowing book/s, a student member must produce his/her Borrower’s Card at the Issue Counter.
9. Borrower’s cards are not transferable.
10. If a Borrower’s Card gets lost or mutilated because of use or otherwise, it should be reported to the Librarian immediately. A sum of Rs. 20/- will be charged for lost of a card.
